www.snapstream.net ... TV guide and snapstream account issues

Hello all, I just got BTV and installed it this morning, when installing it kept saying it could not connect to the internet to set up the TV guide...after 5 tries I just skipped that step and went on with the install....Well everything is working fine but the TV guide I can't download it... I turned off the firewall just to make sure and it still can't download I went into the snapstream guide settings and it said something about setting up a snapstream account but when I click it, the page can not load... I tried it a few minutes later and it comes up and asks for a login and password but I don't have one and there is no register account link....so I am not sure if that is why my TV guide is not coming on or if there is something else....everything else seems to be running great TV is sharp and sound is good but the TV guide thing is really bugging me, since if I want to record something it really helps...

Setup Wizard fails to detect internet connection
