Nvidia full-screen stretching problems with seconday monitor

Ok I have updated to the latest Nvidia Forceware Driver for my Geforce 6800. It has an option to play video full-screen on the secondary monitor if it is playing windowed or fullscreen on the primary monitor. However with Beyond TV it stretches 16x9 HDTV to 4x3 on the secondary monitor. Now my secondary monitor is an LCD projector that can only do 4x3 so I need letterbox. This is really perfect for my setup if it would work. My TV tuner is the FushionHDTV5 RT Gold. This is not a problem with the FushionHDTV software, it says letterboxed. If anybody has an idea how I can solve this please respond.
