PVR 500 Radio

I recently added a PVR 500 to my PC and cannot get the radio function to work. I have tried the Media Center apllication, Hauppauge's application, and Beyond TV's application for radio playback. In every case the programs will seek to the local station frequencies and show a good signal, but I hear no sound.

In order to eliminate the possibility of a sound card issue I enabled my onboard sound instead of using my sound card, but ended up with the same results.

I have tried installing 5 previous drivers and Hauppauge's Intervideo codec with no success. The antenna is in a suitable place and a radio placed in the same location gets good reception. Can anyone clue me into what I might be doing wrong? Thanks!

Re: PVR 500 Radio

I tried putting a PVR 150 MCE in the same PC this morning and the radio worked fine. Anyone have any ideas why the 500 wouldn't output audio?
