Black bars??
Is it possible to zoom a letterboxed 4:3 recording to fill the hole screen?? I just bought a 40" lcd doing 1:1 pixelmapping but i cant figure out to get the black bar go away like on my old 32" crt?? I have 2 hauppauge pvr250 and one pinnacle PCTV tunercard. thx

Not sure what the pixel mapping thing is, but since your TV is likely a widescreen, at 4:3 your probably going to have the black bars. Does it not look good at 16:9?
Might check to see if the TV has a zoom feature.
