Help with setting up BTV to use new digital clone of analog cable channels

Cox here in Phoenix has all of the analog cable channels mirrored as digital in the 801-899 channel range. Snapstream.net lineups are not aware of this as these are not official channels and according to Cox are just test channels. Is there a way for me to do something in BTV to map the new versions of these channels in the guide? I would like BTV to tune to the digital version instead of the analog version and continue using the Snapstream.net guide info.

To confuse this just a little bit some of the channels are not exactly as simple as just adding an 8 in front of them. There were already a few channels in the 800 range so a handful of channels are mapped to different numbers. As an example SciFi is channel 50 on analog and instead of the digital version being 850 it is actually on 893.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I did a search but didn't find any relevant hits.
