No Internet Access
I am in between homes and living with a friend that does not have internet access at home. I would like to connect my pc with snapstream to record OTA HD but not sure if there is a method of downloading the guide updates from work and then copying over the required files to my machine. Is this type of setup supported?
My friend has no internet access nor cable TV. The OTA signals she gets are awful! Please help thanks JN

This would be tough... I think setup wizard barfs if it can't find an active internet connection. I spoose you could set it up at work first, but there isn't a way (that I know of) to just download the guide data somehow... maybe XMLTV? Are you sure she will live in an area to be able to get OTA HD anyways?
