Lost all my lineups?!

I just lost all my channel lineups except my OTA digital lineup. Not sure what happened? I only see the digital channels in the guide. I had a recording in progress on a non-digital channel and it was recording fine. I went to the end of the recording and it was still recording the channel with no issues.

The web admin shows all my channels and they aren't set to be hidden. All my tuners are still listed too. I was watching some recordings, then went back to view LiveTV and I couldn't get to any of the non-digital channels. Couldn't even enter the channel number and navigate to them manually. I re-started BTV and my PC with no luck. This is very strange!

I'll check back in the morning and they better be there.

Checked this morning and they didn't re-appear. I have no clue what happened, but my analog and digital cable lineups vanished. I removed and re-added the analog tuners from the setup wizard, and everything was fine again. That was still very weird though.
