Can BTV 3.x play mp4 files?
I did some searching on here and it sounds like as long as I have the proper codec installed then it shouldn't be a problem. I installed the latest version of quicktime and the video plays in that, but without sound for some reason, all other system sounds and playing mp3s outside of BTV and stuff works. I dropped the mp4 file into my BTV directory and restarted but it doesn't show up in the list of recorded shows. I've done this before with xvid & divx files before and it's worked great, but I've never tried with mp4. It doesn't seem to even recognize it.
