Video Folder management problem
I tried to add a folder on a seperate drive so that I could access all of my archived videos when I did so I enabled recurse subdirectories. After telling it to add the folder it did the normal scanning of that folder but it wont stop scanning it has been scanning the two folders i created now for about 3 days. (see screenshot 1) The only thing that is a little different on this drive is that it is a Dynamic disk that is spanned with another disk. (see screenshot 2) This may very well be the issue but I just am not sure.
Any help on getting it to stop scanning or to simply work would be awesome. Thanks for you help. Stuart |

Re: Video Folder management problem
Why is BTV trying to scan hidden directories? Seems like the whole problem could be fixed it BTV followed the attributes of the directory properly. If the directory is hidden, then it's hidden for a reason! Who is going to put video files inside a hidden directory ?
(And I'm sure btv can handle it's own hidden _files_ inside a directory. It's actually quite easy to discern between the two types of entry).
