Can't log into snapstream.net website
I can't log into the snapstream.net website anymore (http://www.snapstream.net/)

Anyone else having this problem recently? I submitted a ticket, I expect to hear back in 3 or 4 days...

I'm still running 3.7.4 due to some features missing in 4.x - I sure hope that they didn't go and disable the pre-4.0 SS.net accounts.

I just tried and it wanted me to setup from scratch when I tried to log out and back in it failed.

Same result. Couldn't even get a password reset (unknown username). Obviously something is FUBARed.

Me too. It looks like my username's been deleted, as I can't retrieve my password or anything. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.

Put in a ticket. The more support requests the more they know that it isn't just a couple isolated users.

Check the top most sticky...they took the servers down cascade style for maintainence today.

EDIT:

It was only supposed to take 20-30 minutes. Something must have been wacked in the process...
