Smart chapter failure

I keep getting failures for generating the smart chapters:

1/7/2006 06:29:23] ChapterGenerator::AnalyzeVideo - failed to run graph stage one
[1/7/2006 06:29:23] SmartChapter Generator - AnalyzeVideo failed.
[1/7/2006 06:29:35] ChapterGenerator::AnalyzeVideo - Could not create source filter to graph! hr=0x80040216

Tried resetting and resubmitting job but I keep getting the same error. This is happening on all my recordings. Unsure what is going on.
