multi tuner (multi service)

i have a multi tuner system.

1. DishNetwork
2. Star Choice [Canada]

the star choice tuner is the primary in BTV4

when i setup a manual recording

example:record channel 200 on DISHNETWORK

BTV incorrectly records channel 200 on my primary tuner connected to
the canadian satellite dish.

i have tried to setup this manual recording several times being careful to select the american channel 200 instead of the canadian channel 200.

even though the manual recording shows the dishnetwork ch200 is going to be recorded...this does not happen

it records the canadian ch200
