MCE screen resolution vs. non-MCE resolution
Does anybody know what screen resolution MSFT MCE runs at?
In normal, non-MCE, Windows XP mode I have a black bar at the bottom of my screen that I can't seem to get rid of. I can adjust a couple of video driver properties to get rid of most of it, but it's still there. HOWEVER, when I open MCE to watch DVDs (it's just setup that way at the moment) the black bar is completely gone. MCE has changed my resolution to something that works a whole lot better. Unfortunately, when I switch back to normal mode or Alt-Tab to a different program, the resolution gets kicked back to the previous. Any help would be fantastic!! |
