Dish Network guide
How long does it typically take Snapstream to upgrade their guide data? Dish Network switched TBS from channel 230 to 139 a month ago already, and Snapstream has yet to update their programming info. They still have TBS as being on channel 230. Just curious what other people's experience has been as to how long it takes Snapstream to update this type of information.

Re: Dish Network guide
I use Dish Network and for me the guide data was in the correct place, chan 139 the day of the switch. I even remember being impressed that it worked so quickly.
I had a timer set to record on TBS at the time and for a short while the guide reflected the old and new channel's. All i had to to was re-search my shows on the new channel and everything went ok. I use the Pacific Time Zone guide localized for my metropolitan area

Re: Dish Network guide
I had the same problem when my local cable company moved some channels around. I finally had to run the setup program, delete my recording source (cable in my case). Then I setup a new source (same as the one I deleted). When I restarted BTV it downloaded a new program guide, and all the channels were moved to the right places. I don't know if this helps, but it worked for me. Good luck.
