Comcast changed channels - not changed in BTV yet

Comcast just changed channels in my area - happened in early August. BTV still uses the old channel lineup.

How does BTV become aware of the new channel lineups?

Somebody needs to send a request to tech support so that they know about it

Just did. After I did..I went into ss.net acct and saw the new channels in there when creating a new lineup. But, why didn't it just update knowing what cable package I already have? It states I have to run BTF setup wizard. I think it should be smart enough to update w/o having to go thru setup again.

That would be a great new feature, but you're right, the only way to do it in the current version is to run setup wizard and add/select the new lineup
