Why was my show deleted right after recording was finished?

There are two settings you should take a look at in the Recording options (in the Configure sub-menu): Maximum Show Space, and Minimum Free Space. Most likely, one of these is set to something too restrictive and is causing the problem you're seeing.

60GB free on drive. Snapstream is set to use the default settings for min and max size.

what quality were those recordings made at? and how long was that recording of Voyager... If the resulting file was somehow larger than 2GB, that could be causing the problem (since I suspect you are using the freeware version of the software which limits recordings to 2GB)

I'm using VHS quality. I've been using this Snapstream for 3 weeks everyday (not one re-boot) and all the sudden as soon as the show is done recording it'll automatically get deleted. (No other shows are stored.)

One thought though, any time I would click on "Manage Shows", Snapstream would crash. So I would delete the shows manually from the directory (er Folder). Would this cause my problems. Or should I breakdown and re-boot?
