BTV 3.7 upgrade vs Trial download
Did anyone notice this
 When I used upgrade to change my BTV 3.5 to 3.7, I encountered a lot of problems - e.g. the program won't recognize IR-USB and jerky recording etc. After much frustration, I decided to unistall all BTV files and use the Trial download to install BTV 3.7. This time, everything works ...

There should be no difference in the resulting 3.7. A lot of people just have more success by doing a clean install of BTV instead of an upgrade. This can be said of a lot of software and not just BTV.
