ATI AIW 128 W/ Green

Everything records smoothly and audio works great, but when i view the output all I see is a small strip of video at the top and the rest is the Green.

I have an AIW 128 (AGP) and Win2k.

I used an AIW128 with Windows Me, latest Beta version 4a freeware, but it seems that I misconfigured the card or the PVS.
I installed the ATI multimedia center and the card can tune TV correctly using ATI mmc, then set the tuning interface as "ATI TV Wonder /AIW drivers win98/Me only",capture interface as "windows media encoder 4.1".But as I schedule a Diagnostic test, the debug mode display:
"SetChannel:unrecongnized device type(0)". then what the TEST recorded is all noise, it seems that the PVS can not control the card to tune !
I try to use Win2K,and installed the ATI drivers for win2k, the same happened.
please tell me what to do, thanks a lot.

Which version of ATI's drivers are you using? You may also want to try using a different capture interface to see if that helps.
