Search all support resources

Just a quick heads up to anyone looking for technical support -- we have a new search engine that we've deployed on the site that searches all of our support resources at once. It's located at:

It searches all of:

1) all knowledgebase articles (http://snapstream.custhelp.com/)
2) all support webpages (http://www.snapstream.com/support/)
3) these forums (http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/)

I tried the search box on your home page and got bounced over to Google. That doesn't strike me as much of an accomplishment on your part. I will try this new one, though.

It may look like google.com but it's actually a google powered appliance that we own (see this post on the blog: http://blogs.snapstream.com/2005/04/22/google-mini/). Anyways, the important thing is that it gives good search results. We're also tweaking/adding content on the site based on what we see people searching for, so it should also help us provide everyone with better information.
