BTV won't take my Product Key...Need some help
Here is the problem I am having.
I was running BTV 3.4 and everything was fine. I then downloaded the new version 3.5.3 and installed it. That worked okay except I couldn't d/l any TV listing anymore. So I read some of the support, and then I uninstalled the program (and removed all the registry entries) and installed a fresh version of 3.5.3. That fixed the d/l problem. By now the program keeps reverting back to the trial version. I have gone into the Web interface and put in my product key and it says it was successful. But when I restart BTV it still goes back to the trial version. I have even gone into the registry and manually put in the product key. But again, once I restart the program, it says the trial period is over and the product key in the registry gets reset. Anyone have any idea on what I can do to fix this? Thanks |
