Where is the new features?

I downloaded the latest release with great anticipation, only to find or not find the the newest features. (Ex. PocketPC support, the ability to set individual profiles for recording.)

What I do see is a "Manage transcode" page. But, there are no options to do anything.
Also, I see the profile manager (I'll stick with WME7 for now.)

Automatic PocketPC conversion and individual "Recording profiles" are available under the "Advanced Information" section of the "New Recording" screen.
