comcast HD lineup

I noticed Comcast in my area just added Fox and NBC HD channels. They are available via my cablebox but do not appear in my BTV program guide. My other HD channels have been around since I switched to the Comcast HD box (ABC, CBS, HBO, etc) and appear fine via the Program guide.

I am assuming the reason that the new NBC and Fox HD channels (added a week or so ago i think) dont appear is that they are just not updated yet for the EPG.
Where does this data come from (i know from Snapstream but where do they get it, i forget) and also, any idea on how long the EPG service takes to get these new channel updates from the cable companies then in turn, snapstream gets it to BTV...?

I want to start recording some of my shows on the HD channels (i know not true HD recordings, but nice widescreen, better picture a bit at least) and cant pick the HD channels for NBC or Fox (or setup recordings)
Maybe I just have to wait longer... just wish I knew how long or had a decent workaround for now...
