Bad Video Quality with Hauppauge MVP

Bad Video Quality with Hauppauge MVP

I'm using the Hauppauge Media MVP to show BTV-recorded TV shows on my very large-screen TV. The quality of the image is terrible, unwatchable, very grainy. The sound is fine, in synch with the video. How can I improve the image? Is there a setting to change in BTV?
