Guide Data is downloads, but never shows up in the guide

This program worked perfectly during the trial. I uninstalled it since I didn't think I'd buy it since there where a couple free pvr programs out there. I just bought because just does a better job at some things other PVR programs failed at.

So now on my new install, it says there's no guide data. In the viewscap ui I hit download guide data. It downloads the guide data, and inserts it into it's database. I go to the program guide and no shows come up. I've tried restarting beyond tv a couple times, to no avail. Is there any way to fix this?

Re: Guide Data is downloads, but never shows up in the guide

Please try this:

Exit BeyondTV.

Go to this folder:
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Beyond TV

Create a backup folder, and *move* these files into the backup folder:

baseLineups.xml
GuideUpdateProps.xml
GuideUpdaterService.xml
UnifiedChannels.xml
userLineups.xml

Restart BeyondTV

In ViewScape, Go to Settings --> Snapstream.Net Settings --> Download SnapStream.Net Program Data

Watch status (in red) at bottom of ViewScape as it downloads and processes data.

Check Guide when Idle is displayed.

Thanks
