Many shows marked as repeats

All of The Daily Show on Comedy Central are marked this way, even though the 11:00 PM show is not. I am forced to create an All episodes recording channel instead of New.
The same thing with the World Series Red Socks pregame show on Fox tonight.

Re: Many shows marked as repeats

Correct... It's been a problem forever. Many of us record the Daily Show on a manual schedule.
Not BTV's fault, but more the program provider's...

So, how do we get it resolved?

Good question...there are lots of daily shows like that that are marked as "repeats" from the guide data. Obviously not BTV's fault....but I do wonder how to proceed with getting them resolved? I doubt its a one-person job...

Re: Many shows marked as repeats

Some people do manual recordings. I used to use the expiration manager, limited the number of shows to five, or so.

Re: Many shows marked as repeats

I manual record the 09:00 am show (in my time zone) AND keep only one episode.

The only problem is that some weeks are repeats. No big deal: At least I don't miss any new show.
