BTV 3.5 Claims Norton Is Not Configured Properly?

I installed BTV 3.5 this evening. I was running 3.4 with no issues prior to this upgrade. Now when BTV starts, I get a triangular yellow icon in the taskbar with "Beyond TV Errors." The same error keeps coming up:

"Beyond TV has detected that Norton Internet Security is running. In order for Beyond TV to run properly, Norton Internet Security must be configured to allow Beyond TV to access the internet and open several ports."

I've gone into Norton and manually permitted all the EXE files in the Beyond TV directory to have unrestricted Internet access. When I reboot however, the error message still comes up. Are there other programs I am missing?

That's fine, it's just a warning. If you've made sure everything is set up correctly, then just choose "ignore the selected error" and it will stop showing up.
