Help 3.5 Not Working! HP 350

I installed 3.5 today, and it said my drivers were out of date, but they were the most recent from Hauppauge. A page popped up and listed WinTV 250 drivers. I assumed these would work with the 350 as well so I installed since it saod they were specifically designed to work with BTV. Then all hell broke loose. After installing the drivers, it would allow me to install the 3.5 update, but I kept getting long pauses in the OS, which seeed like a bad driver/hardware issue. When launcing BTV on reboot, everything in the TV window was scrabbled, and still. I believe it was the interface screen, but hard to tell. I tried reverting back to the Hauppauge drivrers from their site, but its not heping. Im dead in the water here, and need some help.

WinXP Pro Service oatch 2
CPU: XP 3000+
vcard: NvIDIA 5700
Mem: 1GB
Tuner: PVR-350

Any help would be much appreciated.

The drivers from hauppauge work for 250s and 350s. You need to use the 18A driver from hauppauge:

Make sure to follow all of the steps (especially HW Clear)

That's all great in theory, and of course I did reinstall the Hauppauge drivers, as I explained in my message. But, as I said I still get the scammbled screen when I launch BTV. I also have no idea what happened to the web admin, to even try to modify the decoder its using. Where the heck did Web Admin go?

Well, it's still not clear to me from your first message or this message if you ever ran HW Clear, uninstalled or just updated the drivers, or ran BTV setup Wizard at any point during this process.

Do you have WinTV2000 installed ? Does live TV work with that app ?

I solved this problem, but its not clear to me how it was solved. I installed the same driver at least four times using HWClear before each install, and the forth time it worked for some reason?

Now I just cant figure out how to get Girder working again. Did they move the Tuner directory again?
