SmartSkip problem not batch processing. Only 1 at a time?

Hello.

I wonder if someone might be able to help me out.

I have recorded about 80 shows in WMA format and I'm trying to use the smartskip process of all of them. I have selected " Generate immediately" however it only seem to be working on 1 show at a time.

If I reset my computer then restart the beyond TV program. It will start the smartskip feature on about 1 show then stops completely!

Does this sound like a bug to you?

Its not running down my entire video library doing the smartskip feature, its only doing about 1 show everytime I start up the program.

Can anyone tell me how to generate smartskip for all 80 of my shows all at once? I would be willing to leave my computer on for 100 hours straight if thats what it takes.

Please someone help me out.

Thanks.

That is working as designed. Batch processing means you can queue up the generation, but will be processed in order of queuing. I believe the smarskip generation for 1 show will take over your CPU. Doing all at once would not get you there any sooner.

Re: SmartSkip problem not batch processing. Only 1 at a time?

Hi.

I think I might of been explaining it wrong. When I mean " batch processing" I did not mean to process all the shows at once.

I mean the problem that I'm having is that it will process 1 show than Stop completely forever(until I shut down the program completely then restart it)

The smartskip is not processing all my shows 1 at a time. Its just doing 1 and forgetting about the rest

If you have 10 recorded shows that do not have smartskip done yet. If you select " Generate immediately", will it perform the smartskip on all your shows 1 by 1 until finished ? Because Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

Thanks.

Re: SmartSkip problem not batch processing. Only 1 at a time?

Hi.

Ok, I think that its actually not working.

Here is the situation. I have about 80 shows recorded. It has performed smartskip on 23 shows. I will reset my computer, reset the program ,etc....

There are Only 23 shows with smartskip indexing. The rest of the shows are not being process no matter what.

I think maybe there is a bug in the software that maybe can be addressed in the next patch?

Please let me know if you have any ideas?

Thanks.
