ssw.exe not responding

I am still using SS 1.5, since it is the best for me. However, I always face a problem that the ssw.exe not responding when the service starts some days.

I think it is the problem the jobs.dat. I have to reset it by deleting this file and start again.

Why do you not use v2.0? What problems were you having with it?
