Frame rate trouble!

Hi,

I have a matrox marvel450eTV and i am
trying to install Snapstream.
After installation I try to run a diagnostic test.I can hear sound but the capturing won't start.
There is a error message:

A valid frame rate for Pal or Secam video is from 1 to 25.

So I guess I have to change the frame rate!!
But I cannot find where to change it.
Can someone please help me.
Thanks!!

The way around this problem is to create a new quality profile...

CONFIGURE->QUALITIES->Create a new profile...
1) Edit the name to your preference...
2) Change the Frames per second * 1000 from 30,000 to 24000....

this should solve the problem...
