I can't watch live Tv or my recorded shows TV Remotely.

I already set everything in the computer I have Snapstream installed. Is there a possibility my TV card is no good? I can watch TV from within my network though ( using the same wireless connection that my main computer uses) but when I try from work or anywhere else, I can't borwse the page to start watching. I amsure I am trying the right address, I just need to configure my computer the right way. Can anyone help me Please?

Do you use a router? If so, then be sure you're using your router's Internet IP and not your LAN IP. Also, be sure you've setup your router to forward to the correct ports BTV uses for its web admin, live tv, and streaming (http://www.snapstream.com/Support/He...rtsettings.htm).

Could also be a personal firewall issue if you use one on your computer.
