That means that the database either contains less than like 3 days of data or is completely empty because your client could not sync with the data servers. Without a local database that is populated you will not be able to schedule recordings using the .net website and all previously setup recordings will not run because they have no data to base their recording schedule off of.
You can try re-running the setup wizard and logging into your .net account, if you dont get prompted to login to your .net account or if it is still not working afterwards you should contact technical support: http://www.snapstream.com/Support/TechSupportEmail.aspx |
