SSPVS dont start, DONT WORK

The icon in systray tells "INITIALIZING PVS" and the activity log shows

And mantain without start
¿where is the problem?
I have reinstaled the PVS but it don't work

It only works when I reinstall win XP. But with no reason it leaves of work.

The problem was a record job that is not acepted when sspvs is reloaded.
I have deleted the file jobs.dat and programed again all the jobs.
Now I save any valid "jobs.dat" before add a new job.
