Setup Wizard not logging in to SnapStream.net

Hi all...

I REALLY like what I've seen of SnapStream since installing the demo, but I can't quite bring myself to buy until I can get a significant problem resolved...

After selecting a signal source, I get the message "The Setup Wizard failed to detect an active internet connection..."

I connect through a proxy; does this matter? And if it does, how can I get the program to recognize my proxy server?

Thanks,

BeyondTV requires either a direct internet connection or a NAT based firewall to connect to the internet, any type of proxy will prevent it from getting online.

Hmmmmm... I decided to buy, in the hopes that it would set up my account properly... maybe I can get it to work another way...

Re: Setup Wizard not logging in to SnapStream.net

I have a NAT router. Actually I have several. The one I am using right now is a D-Link 614+, but I also have several versions of LinkSys WRT54G's. where do I find the prot forwarding instructions?
