epg won't load
I am running the trial version of btv. The program guide was working fine last week, but now everytime I turn on BTV, it loads the guide until it reaches 71% updated and then I get an error message from microsoft. I have tried uninstalling the program and reloading a few times, but nothing has changed. Unfortunately I can't record anything until I can get the guide to load. Any suggestions would be helpful.
I am running win XP.
