Hardware encoded Files crash BTV when transcoding

I DID a search on this but couldnt find out.

Every SINGLE time a WMV or DIVX (i like wmv for asfcut and streaming) is showsqueezed, the batchprocessor.exe crashes and takes down BTV with it.

Every time that is, that it is working on a PVR-250 encoded file.
I recently tried it out on a older mpeg i had from the time when i had a non hardware card in there; it recompressed fine.

So the hardware encoded mpegs cause a crash when transcoded, is there a fix?
