BTV & PVR-250 Stops Recording after ~ 12 minutes

I had this running on a WinTV - Go PCI and it was working great! But now I am trying to get it to work with my new PVR-250 and it doesn't seem to be able to record longer than 12 minutes without dying.

Here is a list of my specs:

Gateway 6400 Server
933 Mhz Pent 3 (Single proc)
1 Gig of ram
1 SCSI OS drive
2 IDE storage drives both DMA Mode 5
PVR-250 (ver. 1.17.390.22029)

Here is what I have tried so far:
1 Intial Try
2 Removed Win-TV GO!
3 Moved to PCI slot where Win-TV Go! was.
4 Stopped AV
5 changed from VBR to CBR

Please someone Help!!!!

You need to completely remove all of the drivers/setting associated with the old card and then install the 250 software from their site (not from the CD). There are specific instructions and software to download from this site:

I have done that 3 or 4 times and it still hasn't work continutes to only record for 12 minutes and then dies. Anyone else have any ideas, this is really starting to tick me off. Does anyone else have any ides what could be the problem?

The weird part is that BeyondTV seems to think its still recording when its really not. Nothing shows up in the log. It just stops writing to the disk or something.

I disabled VBR and now it is working again. I have the latest version 3.4.2 build 1154. Is there a bug somewhere?

Ok it does not seem to be completly working yet. Some shows it records them just fine, but other times it doesn't record the whole show. Why is this so unstable with the new PVR-250 card?

I'm experiencing this as well.

It fully records 2 shows in a row, then on the third it dies part way through. No error is indicated in the log.

I also have a PVR250 with the 21228 drivers.
