Make sure that you can view this page correctly:

http://localhost:8129/

If that works, find the IP address of your computer, and use that in place of "localhost". For instance my IP is 192.168.0.6, so I'd try to view this page:

http://192.168.0.6:8129/

If that works (it should if you have the correct IP address), try it on one of the other computers on the network. If that doesn't work, you might try going to the Server, Web Server, and Streaming Server pages under Configuration, and click the Reset button for each one of them, then re-try the link above on one of the other computers.

From my laptop over a wireless network, I can see all the shows in my common directory, but when I try to watch one, it says, "C:.....file.asf. The specified path does not exist. Check the path and try again."

Any idea how to fix this?

Are you mapping directly to the drive instead of using the HTTP interface? If so, I suppose that you might get this result.

Where do you get this error message? Also what version of Snapstream are you using that generates asf files? The older version did but that was switched over to the newer WMV files. (which is basically the same)
