remote web browser viewing

Can anyone give help me with instructions on how to view stored programs on my base computer at home from my remote office computer.

Access the website associated with your BTV (i.e: http://your.ip.address:8129/ ) This can result in choppiness when viewing in the web browser, tho.

I know there's a way to 'share" your video folder, but i'm not sure it would be wise to do so over the internet.
