Smart Skip and burning to CD

Is there a way or utility to burn to CD a recording without the marked commercials...

ie I want to assume that the chapters/commercials that BeyondTV marked are right and burn to CD the recording WITHOUT any of the commercials...is there a way to do this within BeyondTV or has someone written a utility that will do the same?
