Looking for some help . . . I just upgraded to the latest version (from a previous trial version) and registered successfully. Now I have a problem: my program guide is empty. No information on any shows on any channels. At least the old version didn't have this problem. I tried manually forcing an update of the program information, but it doesn't help. And, since the program doesn't know what's going to be on, none of my regularly scheduled recordings are set to be recorded as they come on; the upcoming recordings screen is just blank. Not sure now why I spent $50 and upgraded to a "better" version. Any help appreciated.

I know my reg code works, since my interface no longer shows "trial version". |

no program data -- got it fixed!
Thank you all for your replies and suggestions. My problem (see first post in discussion) seems to be fixed now: I basically had to go through the initial setup process again to get it working. I looked under Start --> Programs --> Snapstream Media --> Beyond TV and ran the Beyond TV Setup Wizard. This program asked me those basic questions about my setup -- my zip code, my cable provider, my cable package, etc. -- and, after I'd finished the wizard, the BeyondTV program worked the way it did before the upgrade. My program information is back, etc. I'm not sure why I should have to re-run the Setup Wizard after a progam upgrade -- you'd thing that all the setup information would have been preserved -- but there you go. Maybe the problem stemmed from my doing a full install of the Beyond TV program to do the upgrade, rather than using the upgrade "patch" alternative. Hope this helps someone else. BTW, in reply to rodan1967: you describe exactly the problem I had (the '"EPG Data is Low" message, and everything else you mention).
