Renaming Shows Causes Hang

If I rename a show from the Web Admin's "Watch" page, I'm unable to view the watch page from then on - it just times out.

The only solution is to close Snapstream on my server and restart it.

Anyone else seen this problem and know if there is a solution?

Is this a show that snapstream recorded, or that you placed in the video folder yourself?

I've noticed that when putting an independent video into snapstream, if I try to rename it, it basically copies the file and overwrites itself, which can take some time. While it appears to be hanging, go to the folder where the video is in explorer and see if there's a temp file that is continuously increasing in size. If so, then once it reaches the original video file's size, Web Admin won't hang anymore.

If this is a show that Snapstream itself recorded, though, then I'm not sure what the problem is.

Yes, I think the ones in question were imported rather than recorded. Many thanks for the explanation!
