Running as a service
Hello: I love snapstream running with my PVR-250 on a WXP system. HOWEVER, it does have a few shortcomings. The BIGGEST is that it does not run as a service, only as a normal application when a user is logged in. It would be much better to have the recorder and recommpression run as a service so that no one needs to be logged in. Besides, this represents a bit of a security risk leaving your account open.
So, is there way way of doing this, or am I out of luck?? Maybe a future upgrade?? |
