HDTV dual tuner card?

This seems like one of those TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE things...

if anyone has heard of this, please let us know how this thing performs and if it's some underdog super hardware or a piece of crapola

It doesn't say anywhere if it does ATSC or DVB...every dual tuner I've seen so far is DVB which is useless to Americans
