BTV 4.0 download?

I see that BTV 4.0 is live for signup now but don't see the link to download it. Is it just to early? I'm really eager to try my Fusion 3 out in beyond tv.

Re: BTV 4.0 download?

I'm eager to try it also. Can someone point me to release notes so I can look at supported cards. I'm afraid the MyHD cards that I own will not be supported but BTV has been working so well for me that I'm ready to get a Fusion card. I just need to verify which cards are supportes so I can get my hardware ready.

Thanks,
Clay

My current computer sever is a POS. I will be upgrading my computer and buying a HD card. I would also like to see the release notes.

There was a post in the blog with the cards that they are currently working with:

Out of the gates, Beyond TV 4 will support several over-the-air ATSC tuner cards. Some of the cards that we’re already testing with our software include:

AVerTVHD A180
(http://www.aver.com/products/tvtuner_avertvhd_mce_a180.shtml#2)
HDTV Wonder
(http://www.ati.com/products/hdtvwonder/index.html)
VBox DTA 151 and USB-A 3560
(http://www.vboxcomm.com/product3.htm)
Fusion HDTV 3
(http://www.fusionhdtv.co.kr/ENG/Products/).

We’ve also been running the software on ATSC reference designs by Conexant and Phillips, so there are probably many other cards that Beyond TV 4 will automatically support.

You can also add the Dvico FusionHDTV 5 to that list.

Re: BTV 4.0 download?

I can attest to that my fusion 5 gold works quite nicely, now only if btv supported QAM cause i only get like 2 channels with an antenna of any signal quality over like 70% and they both suck.

Re: BTV 4.0 download?

I only want 4.0 to get the discount or free upgrade to BM ver X.xx. I don't have an HDTV nor do I see the need for one right now. I simply want better integration and functionality from BM. I will gladly test out beta versions of 4.0 on my HTPC ( I don't have the luxury of a test environment) to see how it functions with my PVR 150 and 250.

Re: BTV 4.0 download?

Email from friday said "Expect to see the first of these releases in a few weeks, with all of the new features as well as a refreshed full screen interface."
