Cant get Music to work

I have been using BM for a few months but no music. Just got around to adding music and turned on the item in the main menu, added a folder, searched for music, checked WMP and I have a snapstream library. However when I select music from the main BM menu nothing happens, any thoughts

I really hope SS 'modernizes' the music plugin. It's.. well... horrible compared to music programs that exist.

It is lacking in some features, but it's A LOT easier to see, read the text, and navigate menus from 20 feet away in my kitchen...I think that was the primary goal of the interface.

It would, however, be nice to be able to navigate between your music library and the active playlist without so much back-and-forth through the menus.

Soooo...are you using BM or BM Basic? Also, what do you mean by 'nothing happens'? When you say, 'select music', do you mean you're playing music and you can't hear it or you can't get into the 'Music' submenu of BM?

If you can't get into the submenu I'd check to make sure you have an up-to-date version of WMP. Beyond that, the easiest fix might be to uninstall and reinstall BM. Anyone know if there's an error log somewhere that might show what's going on? I'm at work so I can't check myself...

Cant get into the submenu. Select music from the main menu and nothing happens. Unless I hear otherwise I will try reinstalling this weekend.

I have been using BM since the day it was released and I use the music feature heavily. I ran into this same problem today for the first time. I selected music (with my firefly) and nothing happened. I tried about 6 times. I restarted BM 3 more times with the same result...nothing. It worked on the 4th time. Not sure what happened but I just thought it was "one of those things" and never gave it another thought until I saw this thread. hmmmmmm.

sorry to bring up an old thread, this just happened to me today.

hopefully exiting and getting back in a few times will fix
