BM and EVGA 680I P25 Bios Not playing nice

I did a few quick searches on the fourm to see if anyone else was having this issue, but after upgrading the bios to P25 from P24 Beyond Media will crash every time i try to search any other hard drive other than the root drive.
Just curious if anyone else had that same issue or if i'm just the lucky one.
I was actually able to duplicate it under WinXP home and MediaCenter2005. And I almost 90 percent certain that its not BMs fault.

Running a nice slow
evga 680I, core2e6300 clocked at 2.8, 2gigs ram, 74gig10k raptor, 250 gig west dig, ATI 650 tuner, and an ATI 1950pro.
