OK, I downloaded the lite version to trial before buying. I have a few questions that I can't seem to figure out.

Can I begin to watch a currently in progress recording? I seem to be able to watch it as its is being recorded, but that won't work for my primary use. For example, if I want to record a sporting event at 6PM and then begin watching is at 7PM can I do that?

Also I thought the lite version would only record 25 minutes. My first recording went for an hour.

Thanks.

I think what you are wanting to do is was SnapStream are calling "Trick Play" whereby you can do as you say and start watching a program part way through. This functionality is not available in version 2, but is in version 3, currently in Beta-test. You can also start watching a program live and then pause it (say if the phone rings) and then resume it later, meanwhile it carries on recording in the background. If you want to see this in action, you will have to buy version 2 now and either wait for version 3 (the upgrade is suposed to be free) or apply for the current Beta version. NOTE: I haven't tried this personally as I'm still using the Lite version myself.

I can't comment on the recording duration - as I said above, I am still playing with the Lite version and it doesn't record any more than 25 minutes. This isn't a big problem as I simply schedule another recording to start 25 minutes after the first!! :-) I only loose about 10 seconds of the program and it's not a tremendous hassle to play in the second part from the browser!

Thanks for the reply. It seems that if I manually start recording I only can go 25 minutes of recording. If I schedule a recording through Titan TV it seems to record the duration, say a 1 hr program.

So far things seem to be working pretty good. I just want to make sure I know what this can do before making a purchase.

Sounds like 3.0 will be what I'm looking for however.

Thanks again.
