Come on, where are my fellow BG fans, not only are we counting down to April 4th final season (ok, part one of the final season) but Caprica is a go with at least a 2 hr pilot (maybe a series to follow, who knows).

Yeah, I just read that Caprica was picked up. I'm not sure how I feel about it, to be honest. I wasn't initially interested, but I guess I'll be compelled to give it a go since BG is such a great show.

Come on 4/4, I can't wait!

Cant wait for Caprica!! I am really excited that they picked it up. This final season of BSG is going to be Fraking AWESOME.

I don't know how I feel about this. On the one hand, I like it, but on the other hand, I would rather have more space movies. at least it lives in a way.

Yeah, I'm not sure its going to be as good just from the fact that it will almost certainly have less action. I know we all watch BSG for the characters and generally good story but we definitely watch it for when the stuff blows up, too. I have always been interested to see the pre-rebellion interactions with the Cylons, though.

Those of us who live our lines in a non-linear timeframe (that would be me and george bush, I love the Daily Show) appreciate this progression.

I know it's supposed to focus on the people interactions, probably required since the cgi costs so much, but hopefully they can go a little more into the start of the cylon war. I really liked the parts of Razor that dealt with the first cylon war, especially young Adama, in my opinion he kicks the snot out of Lee. Hell, He'd probably give Starbuck a run for her money.

Maybe after the ultimate end of season 4, when all the mysteries are revealed, they can put out a miniseries on Cobol, the original 13 colonies, whatever secrets and such?

I wish Hauppauge would hurry up and release thier HD PVR so I could record the show on something other than my PVR-150! Even better if Cablevision would hurry up and add Sci-Fi channel in HD!

I was just thinking the other day that I'll probably watch them live with the dreaded commercials so I can see them in HD for a change. :lol:

Man, I didn't even think of that, I probably will as well. And when the Hauppauge card comes out I'll have to rerecord the whole freakin series.

Actually, not all of it. Maybe just the best CGI episodes. AH hell, probably the whole thing.
