Is it possible to play a DVD movie on your computer and capture it and view it on your pocket pc using this program, I know that there are ways to convert it to MPEGS but that is too much work.

Humm... I'm not the expert but there is a round about way you can do it. If you had a STAND ALONE DVD player and hooked it up to your video in on your tv card and played the movie and used the record now button it MIGHT work. The internal DVD player uses Video overlay so it shouldn't be CAPTURABLE by using anykind of program. Just try a screen capture (PrntScrn) and paste it in paint or something. You will probably see a big Pink block. The only three problems I can see are 1. the selection of video in on the tv card (HINT HINT Programers) 2. the immense file size of the movie!!!! 3. macrovisions effect on the recording. All copyrighted dvd's are suppose to have macrovision and I know all video cards that have TV out are suppose to support the recieveing and sending of macrovision codes. But I don't know if TV cards are fixed so that if a macrovision signal is detected if it will mess up the recording the way that VCRs are programmed.
